Ideally, MBEP pronunciation is Received British ("Queen's English"), exccept with 'o' restored, 'ɔ' lost, and with final 'r' articulated.
'They' may be used as a neutral third person singular.
In addition to lacking all forms of 'to be', MBEP also lacks the 'do-(not)' construction, which makes VSO order occur more frequently in imperatives and questions, as in Shakespearian/Elizabethan English.
All forms of the verb 'to-be' are absent. I might consider allowing 'to-be' for restricted use, but even then, not for a passive voice. Tho this might seem unnatural, it does have the advantage of making it a little more difficult to lie.
