There's this proverb that starts he who knows not and knows not that he knows not. The English is a bit clunky IMHO, would it also be clunky in other languages? Notice that there are recursive relative sentences in that thing: He1 who [knows not and knows not [that he1 knows not]].... That's not something a language must be able to do, but then again, what would such a language do instead?
